Right to Cancel


You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquires, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement by email to info@fornoboutique.com
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Once the right to cancel period has expired, we may still accept returns, although additional charges will be applicable. However, these regulations do not restrict the statutory right to cancel and do not apply during the 14-days cancellation period.
 

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract during the 14 day cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising in the event we were delivering to special areas as detailed in the Delivery Information page). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for the loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
- (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
- if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
 
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Sending A Return Back To Us

Some of our products may have delicate physical properties and the transportation of these items is a difficult business. If the item you wish to return has delicate physical properties please make sure that any courier used is aware that the contents of the shipment could contain delicate items. Also, make sure that any courier shipment is fully insured to the value of the shipment (retail price).

With our King Edward oven range, you are entitled to a 28-day money-back guarantee so long as the product is returned unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, with your receipt.

The 28-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

No returns are accepted under any circumstance after 28 days from the date of invoice.

 

Guarantee

King Edward ovens come with a 1-year guarantee which applies only to products delivered to and/or used at locations with UK mainland addresses, excluding Ireland, all Islands, and certain postcodes within the Scottish Highlands. If in doubt, please contact us to check your post-code to confirm the warranty cover.

The guarantee does not include bulbs, door seal, fuses, glass, or damage to mains lead. Damage caused by abuse or incorrect use of equipment will not be covered by the guarantee.

Fitting of parts not specified or supplied by King Edward for King Edward ovens will void the warranty for that product.

 

30-day money-back guarantee

With our DeliVita wood fired oven and accessory range you are entitled to a 30-day money-back guarantee so long as the product is returned unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, with your receipt.

If there’s a fault with the product
Please contact us immediately if you find a fault with your oven accessory. We will try to find a solution to ensure this is resolved as quickly as possible.

 

 

Order Cancellation

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to cancel your order and return the item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You will need to quote the original invoice number as proof of purchase.

Returns

You then have 14 days to return the item from the date you notified us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will carry out an inspection. If we find items missing or broken, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly. We will then notify you of any issues found. Your card will be credited within 14 days of us receiving the item back.

Guarantee

You are entitled to a 1-year return to base guarantee. You must handle the return yourself and at your own expense. If a part needs replacing, we will be happy to send replacements during this period.

Guarantee

We warrant that Elementi fire features and accessories are free from defects in parts and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. In the event of such defects Elementi will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. The foregoing is at the discretion of Elementi. There will be no charge for the replacement parts or product, however it will be the consumer's responsibility to return the product to the original place of purchase.
Elementi will not be responsible for consequential damages in excess of the purchase price of the product on which such liability is based and the warranty does not cover costs including freight, removal and reinstallation. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only for units that are for non-commercial personal use only.

 

Guarantee

The Mila 10-year warranty covers refractory parts – including the inner dome floor pieces – only for cracking occurrence. All other items are covered for faults or damage upon delivery only. The following are not covered:

- Misuse of any external part
- If the inner dome or floor have not been cured to the manufacturer specifications sent out with every oven
- Curing carried out too quickly, which can cause cracking or crumbling of the high-heat concrete

We warrant that the outdoor gas or charcoal grill, that when subject to normal residential & commercial use (for applicable models), is free from defects in workmanship and materials for the periods specified below. It does not apply to rust, corrosion, oxidation, or discoloration, which may occur due to atmospheric pollutants or moisture for which regular care and appropriate protection are recommended, or overheating. It does not cover labour or labour related charges. The warranty is only valid with the original purchaser of the equipment and original proof of purchase is required to process a warranty claim.

Order Cancellation

Returns

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, send us a message at info@fornoboutique.co.uk within one week of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.

In case of missing items, please report it back to us within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days. Standard Shipping service charges are not refundable. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.

If you receive your new Whistler product and it appears damaged, please report the damage to your info@fornoboutique.co.uk immediately and provide images/video footage as damage evidence. DO NOT use this product if it appears damaged upon delivery as this will invalidate your warranty.

In case of missing items, please report it back to us within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Please also maintain the packaging until you have used your product for the first time. If we are required to replace it, we will request the product to be returned in its original packaging to the warehouse for inspection.

Warranty

Whistler warrants all Whistler products sold on the UK. The warranty covers your new Whistler product to ensure it is free from defect in both material and workmanship under normal residential use. For specific warranty periods, please refer to Whistler's specific product pages.

 

Returns

If anything goes wrong we can replace your hammock up to 30 days from the day of the delivery. It is a rare occurrence indeed! A decent hammock will last for many years. We use thicker stronger cotton or weather proof polyester to ensure all Hamaca products are the most durable available today. 

Warranty

Our warranty is for 1 year, so you can return something any time up to a year if there is something wrong with it. If an item is faulty, once we have the pictures from you, we will decide whether or not to collect the item from you, at our expense. You can decide if you prefer a replacement or a refund.

Returns

If you're not happy with anything you've bought, let us know within 14 days of receiving the item, and after having received a returns number send the item back to us for a full refund including the standard cost of delivery. This doesn't apply to a part return or part cancellation of a multi-item order.

As with returning items to a shop, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of goods that have been correctly supplied and are not faulty. 

Warranty

Our warranty is for 5 years, so you can return something any time up to a year if there is something wrong with it. If an item is faulty, once we have the pictures from you, we will decide whether or not to collect the item from you, at our expense. You can decide if you prefer a replacement or a refund.

Returns

If you want to return your order for faulty or damaged items, you must contact us at info@fornoboutique.co.uk to obtain a returns authorisation. A returns code will be issued and must be referred to in all correspondence. This number must also be clearly marked on any returned packages. We will arrange for the relevant packages to be collected from the customer. A collection charge will apply to returns where goods are not damaged or faulty.

In cases where the faulty or damaged goods are rejected within 5 days from the date of delivery, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to the location specified by us before the refund or replacement can be issued. Refunds are made within 30 days of cancellation.

 

Warranty

We are sure that Fontana Forni Ovens are made only from high quality and durable materials. That's why we're confident to give a two-year warranty against manufacturer defect. Should you ever have a problem with your oven within the warranty period, please let us know via call or email. 

The warranty does not cover the following items:

  • damage as result of shipment or transporting that has not been highlighted in the bill of lading at the time of receiving of the oven
  • damage as result of negligent unpacking of the oven 
  • damage as result of the oven being improperly assembled or installed
  • damage as result of heating the oven beyond its max temperature rating 
  • damage as result of using combustible material other than wood to light fires in the oven
  • damage or corrosion as result of exposure to the elements and/or chemicals
  • damage that results in a broken or stuck chamber thermometer
