Order confirmation

When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email. In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorized your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be dispatched. In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate dispatch, we remove the pre-authorization from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions. When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to dispatch your order.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods. Once we process your payment, we dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated in the brand specific delivery information section. Then, we send you a despatch notification after your item/s have left the warehouse. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself at this time.

Where does Forno Boutique deliver and what are the costs?

No extra shipping cost is incurred when spending over £200. Otherwise, default shipping costs are £19.99.

There may be additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’: the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Sicilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland. We may also deliver to Ireland but please email us before ordering for a quote.

Delivery within the UK Mainland is included on a standard 2-3 day service. These delivery times are approximate.

The courier will deliver to site but not locations within site (e.g. upper floors or areas requiring special access).

There must be adequate facility and/or personnel at the receiving address to offload goods in excess of 30kg.

Please note our drivers cannot install the oven as this is considered a delivery service and not an assembly one.
 
At present demand for the DeliVita wood fired oven is extremely high, so we estimate delivery of new orders in 2-3 weeks.

When booking please notify us of any issues such as narrow lanes or weight limits as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery should there be any access issues

Please let us know if you are self-isolating as our drivers will be happy to leave the oven in a safe space of your choice. Please note out drivers cannot enter your property at this time due to guidelines set out by the government in response to Covid-19.

Oven delivery is carried out by 2 people; please instruct them where you would like the package placed. The courier may unpack the oven if desired. Please ensure that you check your product for damage at the time of delivery as you will be unable to claim for carrier damages once items are signed for.

Packaging may be taken away on request

Waiting times for Brightstar Fires products are as follows:

Vega Portable Firepit: 2-3 Days
Weather Covers: 2-3 Days
Accessories: 2-3 Days
Other Fire Pits and Tables: 3-4 Weeks

Delivery outside the United Kingdom is possible but at a cost calculated based on the delivery address. Please contact us for a quote.
 
We will send your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery method possible. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier when you order. It is currently not possible to choose a carrier.
Larger items will be delivered by carriers to your dwelling. Upon dispatch we will email you with detailed delivery instructions and an estimated delivery date. We will also provide a tracking number so that you can track your parcel(s).
The carrier will contact you via email and/or text message with further delivery instructions and the time window for delivery.
In case of a very heavy/large shipments or palletized items (e.g. Fire Pits and Tables) a curbside delivery service might take place.
We will try to insure your delivery happens as soon as possible (usually around 3-5 days) but we use independent carriers so timescales can vary.
Please note: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to postcodes within the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. Furthermore, in limited situations, due to network requirements, we are unable to deliver certain products, including but not limited to certain large items (e.g. Firepits and Firetables), to certain postcodes in the UK. This exclusion applies regardless of the quantity. We recommend that you send us a message ahead at info@fornoboutique.co.uk if you are from one of these areas so we can check delivery availability.
 
At present, the Mila 60 oven has a delivery time of around 1-2 weeks.

Once you’ve ordered your oven, we’ll get in touch with you directly to book a delivery date that’s convenient for you.

In-stock items will be shipped the same day except for orders placed on weekends and holidays.

Most orders are ship within 24 hours, and generally, it takes 1-5 business days for transit time. Please call us if your delivery needs require special attention.
Delivery time is normally 2-3 days. However we can respond to more urgent turnaround times if necessary. Please contact us if you require a quicker turnaround time. Due to limited stock, expected turnaround times cannot be guaranteed, however we endeavour to achieve these times if at all possible.

 

 

Expect the product at your door within 3-5 days after we have confirmed the order. Please take note that our warehouse is open during Monday to Friday only. If you order on Saturday, the product will be dispatched by Monday.

However, some items may incur an additional charge for certain delivery postcodes including Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly. You may be contacted for additional payment should these charges apply to your order.

We aim to deliver all goods within 4 working days from processing of payment. Dispatch normally takes place on the same day as payment is processed. Any orders which will exceed 28 days to fulfil, the Customer will be notified in writing and will be offered the option of order cancellation and a refund of payment. Any products not available at the time of ordering will be dispatched to the Customer as soon as is possible. We are not held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers or transport providers.

Our transport providers will deliver your equipment to the nearest kerbside vehicular access point at the delivery address and are under no obligation to place the barbecue or any of its components any nearer to the barbecues final position. We only offer a kerbside delivery service for masonry products.
