3 Easy Recipes to Start Cooking on the Grill!


Summer is coming and it's the perfect season to get some grilling! Everyone would agree that a meal created from an open fire is not only delicious but also enjoyable to make. If you're new to grilling and looking for a recipe you can easily copy, then you've come to the right place. We pick out three of the best grilling recipes you could try in your own home. And it’s easy to follow, especially if you have the perfect barbecue grill with you.


Classic Grilled Cheeseburger

The classic cheeseburger. Who wouldn't love a juicy beef patties topped with delectable slice of cheese. Don't forget the warm soft buns and the mouthwatering sauce and toppings of your choice. This recipe will teach you an easy way to make this delightful treat.

You will need:

The Burger
Brioche Burger Buns
Unsalted Butter
Cheese Slices
600g of minced beef 
The Sauce
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. tomato ketchup
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Garlic powder
Onion powder Smoked paprika
Finely minced medium-sized shallots
Ground black pepper



Grill the Burger

1. Generously brush the cut sides of the brioche buns with melted butter. Toast it on the grill until its really golden and toasted.

2. Season your minced beef with salt and pepper. Mix it well and form them into a ball (size of a golf ball).

3. Turn the heat on your grill, or start kindling fire if you’re using the wood-fired version.

4. Flatten the ball of minced beef using your palm to form a patty. Place it into the grill and cook until golden brown. You can cook for 4 minutes total (125°F) for rare burgers or cook for 5 minutes total (135°F) for medium rare.

5. Place a sheet of cheese onto each of the patties and close the lid for at least 30 seconds until the cheese is beautifully melted. Transfer it to a plate and set aside.

How to Make the Sauce:

1. Mix all the sauce ingredients and adjust the seasonings according to your taste. Set aside.

Assemble the Masterpiece:

1. Spread some of the sauce to the lower toasted bun.

2. Layer with the cheese patties, top with pickles, you can also add tomatoes, lettuce or onions depending on your preference.
3. Apply another generous amount of the sauce and put on the top bun. Enjoy!





 Honey Barbecue Sausages

Sausage is among the oldest European meat dishes. And if you're tired of cooking your sausage the same old way, try this recipe. Instead of straightly placing the sausage to the grill, follow the steps below to make a scrumptious sausage meal.

You will need:

Pork sausages
6 tbsp.  honey
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. light soy sauce



1. Cook the sausage on the grill for about 10-15 minutes or until they’re browned or nearly cooked. Set aside in a dish. 
2. Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Pour it over the sausages and mix, making sure that each sausage is covered with the sauce.
4. Place the sausages back to the barbecue, brushing the, with the remaining marinade sauce until thoroughly cooked.
5. Serve and enjoy!



Grilled Sirloin Steak

Nothing can go wrong with a steak dinner. Make your meal fancy and more yummy with this simple recipe. A simple yet delicious way to prepare and enjoy our all time-favourite Sirloin steak.

You will need:

Sirloin steak, about 3- 4 cm thick
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper



1. Always make sure to not use a frozen steak. Remove your steak from the fridge and let it thaw to allow it to come to room temperature before cooking.
2. Pat your steak dry with a kitchen towel or paper. Apply a drizzle of oil on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Turn on your grill and place a cast iron pan. Let the pan heat up together with the grill.
4. Check if the pan is hot enough (It should sizzle when you flick a few drops of water). If it’s hot, place the steak on the pan for at least 45 seconds, then flip it and cook the other side for 30 seconds to get a nice caramelised crust on the steak.
5. Transfer the steak to grill. Place it directly if you want nice grilling marks. If you don't, place the steak together with the pan.
6. Finish cooking the steak in the grill. Cook it for 1 minute to get a rare steak. For medium-rare, cook for 2 minutes on both sides.
7. Place the steak on a plate or a cutting board. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
8. Slice the steak opposite to the grain and serve. Enjoy!
